Question

We will arrive from Huangshan by bus to the Hangzhou Long-Distance Passenger Transport West Station (Tianmushan Road).What buses and bus route do we need to take to get to a hotel in Shangcheng, either Yonglin Square or Quingbo Street areas ?We will leave from Xiaoshan Airport.  Airport shuttle buses go from Wulinmen CAAC Ticket Office to Xiaoshan Airport but do the Airport shuttle buses stop near either Yonglin Square or Quingbo Street areas to pick up passengers and, if so, does this need to be prearranged via the hotel?If the nearest pickup stop is local Railway Station, is that the station near Xihu Avenue ?

Are you sure it is Yonglin Square? I just find Wulin Square in the city. Anyway, from the bus station to Qingbo Street, you can take bus no. 102 and get off at Qingbomen Station and then walk to Qingmen Street to find your hotel. The shuttle bus can be taken at Wulin CAAC Ticket Office, which is within walking distance from Wulin Square. If your hotel is at Qingbo Street, you need to take a taxi to the CAAC Ticket Office location to take the shuttle. It is not necessary to book the bus in advance. You can just find the bus and buy ticket after boarding. The shuttle bus does also pick up passengers at the local railway station, which is about 2km from Xihu Avenue.

Thankyou for your prompt and helpful reply (I wrongly stated Yonglin Square instead of Yongjin Square).As there seem to be 2 major railway stations near central HZ, I would like to clarify which is the one at which the Airport Shuttle Bus stops.  I think it is the station between Qingtai Street and Wangjiang Road ?
