Bullying at work What will it be in 2013 if I am a tiger

I'm a 1974 female tiger, very successful in my job. A year ago a female more senior female person came to join the job. I acted in her position before she came. She has deconstructed me, challenged my relationships with other Senior Managers and generally attempted to destroy my reputation. She is very well read and plausible in current management language. I see through this as do others that are close, but not the important people that she manipulates- please help.
