Walk from your hotel to Yau Ma Tei MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan line and get off at Lai King Station, where you need to transfer to subway Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay Station. Then you can easily find the Disney Resort Line, which can take you to Disneyland directly.
