Richard, the long term pass you referred to is LTVP issued to foreigners in Singapore? She has to apply for an entry permit at the Chinese embassy in Singapore in order to visit HK. The documents required are her original passport and LTVP and a copy of both. The processing time is 4 working days and it costs 15 Singapore dollars. She can stay in Macau for 7 days at most. If you get your return ticket from HK to Singapore, she can go from Zhuhai to HK without the entry permit for 7 days at most.
