How's the weather at Sanya and HaiKou during Mid March! Should bring Jacket/Sweater

The weather in both cities is similar. The temperature range is around 19-28C. It would be fine in most cases and would also shower sometimes. No sweater is needed. You can take along a light jacket or coat, long-sleeved shirts and jeans as well as one or two summer clothes.
