zhangjiajie scenic spot is one full day enough time to visit

Question

I'm am planning on traveling in for one night in October and have a 10 pm flight the next day i would like to know is one day enough time to take the worlds longest cable ride in to the park  see  heavens gate .. walk the glass walk way ...and see Baofeng Lake ?  and any other must see Scenic areas?   also I'm Looking to stay at the Zhangjiajie Qinghe Jinjiang International  is this a good choice in your opinion?

It may in a rush if you plan to the Baofeng Lake. Since you have only one day and want to cover as many attractions are possible there, it is suggested to join a local tour to visit the mountain.
