i will be travelling to chaozhou in early march 2013 from singpaore.

Question

Can you advise where to stay in the city near Shopping areas.  How do we get to the city from airport?  How is the weather in March?  Where can I visit there?

You can stay in a hotel near Xinqiao Donglu Commercial Street, which is regarded as the most well-known shopping area in the city. At Jieyang Chaoshan Airport, there are direct buses to the city. It is very convenient. Don't worry!As for the weather in early March, it is mostly cloudy. The temperature ranges from 8C to 21C. Such big temperature gap needs you to take along a light sweater and coat as well as jeans. On March 2, 5 and 6, it will rain a little, so it is better to prepare an umbrella. Egrets' Paradise & Guangji Gate Tower, Guangji Bridge, Kaiyuan Temple, Longqiu Pagoda, and North Pavilions are the representative scenic spots there.
