Bus from Shilin to Jianshui ?

Greetings !
Next summer, I'll be in Yunnan and would like to go from Kunming to Jianshui by bus, stopping at Shilin on the way. The first part seems easy enough, but afterwards, are there buses from Shilin to Jianshui, in the afternoon ?
On the way back, I'd like to stop at Tonghai and therefore need a bus from Tonghai to Kun ming. Does the Jianshui- KM bus stops there to pick up travellers ?
