About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

Event trip sponsored by a Company


I have a guests who won from a Yearly Contest Event. and one the prize is a Free travel sponsored by a Company. All expenses are will be paid by the Sponsored Company.

I would like to know what are the necessary requirements to submit? Are the guests still need to to submit, personal bank statements,ITR etcs? or only the sponsored Company will provide all of the VISA requirements? thank you.

Hi, personal bank statements is not required if you have invitation letter from a Chinese travel agency. Other documents needed are your passport, application form, photo, return ticket and hotel reservation. If your company can provide an sponsor letter and their financial support, it will be easier.
