Question

i am british passport holder ,and currently hold z visa for china,i have fillipino gf living and working in hk as housekeeper,my question relates to is it possible for her to visit china and stay with me for a period of time,and also if we where married would she be able to live with me on a permanant basis in china as long as my z visa permits me to work here,any help regarding above is much appreciatedpaul

Hi, if you get married, she is able to apply for a dependent visa accompanying your Z in China. But this is not permanent, but only a temporary residence permit valid for one year at most (the residence permit can be extended in China before expires). Anyway it is possible for her to get a tourist visa with your invitation letter.
