Hi how do I get to tsuen wan panda hotel from central?

As I know, the hotel is 5 minutes walking distance to Tai Wo Hau Station, so you can walk to reach these to take Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central directly.0

For your former question, I am sorry to provide the opposit way. I meant to tell you that from Central to your hotel, you can take Tsuen Wan Line at Central Station to reach Tai Wo Hau Station. Then you can easily walk to your hotel.
As for the airport shuttle, I'm afraid no such shuttle is in service from Central to your hotel.1
