Hello, Jim. If you want to enjoy the local public bus, bus no. K631 is suggested. Take this bus to reach Caoyangcun Station and then you can walk along South Laodong Road to reach the West Tang Dynasty Mall.
If you do not take the crowded bus, you can take a taxi to reach there directly. The taxi fare is around 20RMB.0
