Can i switch my Z to a dependent visa?

Hello, I currently have a Z that expires in mid March. I live in Shanghai, with my wife.

I plan to switch my Z to a dependent visa(she's a student). My Wife holds an American Passport, As for myself, i hold the Lebanese passport (Lebanon)

Help me please! :)
