shanghai south bus stand to honqqiao train station

There is about 18km between the two places.
There is no direct buses between SH and Taizhou city downtown area in Zhejiang Province. The bus can only reach Jiaojiang District from the south long-distance bus station. So I think you still need to go to the railway station to take the bullet train for Taizhou.
