Xian north railway to bell tower

How can i go from xian north railway to Citadines central xian (near bell tower) and what is the cost. Thank you.

From the north train station, you can take the local subway line 2 to reach the Bell Tower Station directly. The fare is 3 RMB. Then you can take a taxi to reach your hotel directly, because I think it may be hard for you to find it by yourself near the Bell Tower
