Weather in hsinchu and Taipei

Hi I going to hsinchu on 19 to 20 mar n Taipei from 21 to 23 mar. How would the weather be?

The weather in Taipei is around 20 to 25C and Hsinchu has the similar weather condition then. It may rains a lot during that time.
