Hi, you can go to the local raiway station to catch the direct fast train to Kaikou. Train ticket costs CNY183 for a hard seat and CNY265 for a hard sleeper. As for the journey duration and schedule, you can search on this website:https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/
