What is the travelling time ( hrs ) by coach or bus from Xiamen airport to CZ or Shantou.

No direct coach can take you to your destination. From the airport, you need to take the city bus or shuttle bus to the local bus station to take the long-distance bus. The bus travel journey to CZ takes about 3h and to Shantou, it takes about 3.5h.
