Hi, according to the official statistics, the abverage temperature during March is about 6C. So it is still cold there. You'd better take along down jacket and sweater as well as other winter clothes.
During that time, you can enjoy yourself at Central Street, Sun Island, St. Sophia Church, Siberian Tiger Park and Temple of Bliss.
