Hi, it will be a little hot and humid then. The average temperature would be about 23C. As Oct. is during the typhoon season, it may rain from time to time. So apart from summer clothes, you need also to take along a light coat to keep warm in cool rainy days or nights. Simple rainy gear is also suggested.0
