About:Year of the Rabbit

What does "will meet 'Lucky Star' in 2013" mean?

Does this refer to a partner for life or something else? I was born Feb. 19th, 1963 and so will be turning 50 soon. I have been divorced from a 21yr marriage now for 5 years. I am living with a man I care a lot about and complements my personality well. I do love him but do not have the "love" I was hoping I would have if I were to marry again. However, I am happy. He was born March 31st, 1968. I haven't looked up what sign he is. Ooops I wonder if that is a Rabbit thing to do!
