I WANT TO KNOW BANK CLOSING DATE AND OPENING DATE DURING SPRING FESTIVAL

i am a south africa trader and uses Agricutural bank of china.money was transfer there on 8th days of feb 2013 but the bank is closed and i cant collect money until bank open by 18th of feb.is it really the holidat open date..please tell me
