UK Black taxi serviceable parts required in Guangzhou

Can anyone please help me out? I have recently been to GZ on holiday and notice a london black taxi running about in the city. What I would like to know is where can I buy service able parts like fuel filters/air filters/ brake pads etc for such a vehicle from that city?

Any help would be appreciated

Additional information, I am looking to buy large qty of such parts.
