About:Telephone & Cellphone in China

How much should i pay for daily charge with China telecom (or maybe there's another provider)?

I need an internet in CDMA network..
do i need to change (manually) a new sim card or a new number every time i moved to another city in china?

It is no use to change a new sim card when you move to another city.
Different cities or provinces have different prices per mintue, so it is hard to tell you an exact price. It is suggested to call the service of China Telecom for asking the detail information. Their serivce number is 10000.
Or you can call China Mobile at 10086 to ask their prices.
