Do you mean Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center, or Bifeng Gorge Panda Conservation and Research Center? Anyway, both of them will be open during the Chinese New Year period. From the railway station, you can take a taxi to Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center. When go to Bifengxia panda center, you can take a taxi from the railway station to Xinnanmen Bus Station, then catch bus to get there.
