at what date in 2013 will the guan gong temple fair be held in yuncheng?

I am organising a trip to China with friends in September-October and want to be there when the Festival is held. I saw it in 1993 and it was fantastic!

The traditional temple fair is always held in May. The date is on April 8th in Chinese lunar calender.There is also an international tourism festival in middle October every year (around October 15th), but the date of 2013 is not published yet. I think you can keep attetion on the news.
