What are the contributions of the Ming Dynasty to China/world?

As far as I'm concerned, the architecture made during that time is really precious wealth of China by now. Regardless of architecture of royal family, folk residents or religion, they are all of special characters. Among them, the most famous one is Forbidden City. Besides, the well-preserved sections of Great Wall were made during that time.
