About:Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival

would the ski resorts be opened in 3th Dec 2013 in Sheyang?

Which ski resort is friendly for children?
I am wondering whether when would the ski resorts be opened - Nov or Dec ? Would there be an exact date ? And how should the tickets be purchased ?

According to the previous timetable, it is not open then. It usually starts in January.
In 2013, the festival starts on Jan. 10th and the tickets need to buy at spot.
This is the information I know.
