Need Help for Attestation on Police Charcter Certificate

I am govt servant (NESCOM, Islamabad,Pakistan), I got NESCOM Scolership for study in China.
NESCOM need us to provide the Police clearance certificate alongwith attestation of its translation from Chinese Embassy in Pakistan as it is requirnment of Chines universities.

I have made the Ploice Character certifacte but could not understand steps how can I get its translation and attestation from Chines Ambassy.

Is I go with Original Police Character certificate(which is in English) and Chines ambassy will translate it into Chines language and attested to it.
Or
I have to translate the certificate from my self from some chines expert and then go to Chines ambassy for attestation.

Is there any foreign office of Pakistan attestation required on Police Character Certifiacte.

You need to translate the certificate from others. The certificate and Chinese translation should be firstly attested by your foreign affairs. Then visit the embassy for authentication.

no need to translate. just go first to Pakistan foreign office for attestation and then chinese embassy/consulate and ask them to notarize the police character certificate
