Supplies at wholesale markets' reopen time

Hi there, we want to come to Guangzhou and Shenzhen on 15th Feb for the wholesale markets for wedding supplies. Can you advise when the markets are reopened?

Generally, holidays for these wholesale markets are from Feb. 9 to Feb. 15, so they may reopen on Feb. 16.

While as I know, these years, many wholesale markets officially reopen on the tenth day of the first month of Chinese lunar year. According to the calendar, this year they should fully reopen on Feb. 19.
