address while visiting china

Question

Hi,  I want to go on holidays to Beijing for a week.  I first want to apply for a visa and if/when it is approved I will make all the travel arrangements i.e. book plane ticket, hotel, etc.  On application form there is a question about address while visiting there.  Is it a problem if I cant provide this information, does that mean my application won't be approved?

Hi, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation are required when you submit your application to Chinese embassy/consulate, so that means you have to book them in advance. Then, fill the application form with hotel address you booked.
