Can I ask what the weather like in Beijing for early of August ?

If we want to go to great wall, will it be cool ? Is it very far from the city?

The weather in Beiing for early of Auguest is very hot with abundant rainfall and the average temperature is around 25C. Please remember to bring a raincoat or umbrella. Badaling Great Wall is in Yanqing County and it takes about 1.5 hours to take bus there from the city.
