From Panda Hotel, you can walk to Tai Wo Hau to take MTR Tsuen Wan Line and transfer to Tung Chung Line at Lai King. Then get off at Sunny Bay and take Disneyland Resort Line to get to Disneyland.

All thsi train rides.
It costs about 17HK$ for one adult if you buy ticket. If you use Octopus, the ticket is around 14.9HK$. Child can get a 50% off discount.
