Hi, I was born December 16, 1966, I'm retired military and looking for a 2nd career vs. just a job.  Is my career thinking the path to success, should I stay in the career fields I know, or find an entirely new carrer field for success?  Will wealth come with a new career or current job or at all?  Dream is to start own business.  Is that a better path to success?

2013 may not be a good year for you to start a new business according to Chinese astrology.If you want to start a new business, you may need to stay in the careers you know, so that you will lose a lot.
