Chang'An Calligraphy Meeting (annual event)

Hello,
I was wondering if you could tell me what month the annual Chang'An Calligraphy Conference is held. I have seen information that says November and other sources say late March. Thank you for any info you might be able to provide.

I live in Xian and interested in calligraphy. As far as I know, it is alway held during the last week of March.
