From Xiamen int'l airport to Fu'an or Ningde on 9th Feb. (OR via Fuzhou Int'l airport)

Hello, Appreciate some advice pls:
1) If my flight arrives at Xiamen at 1325hr on 9th Feb 2013, what is the most convenient way to be able to reach Fu'an by 6pm the same day? By rail? Are connecting tickets still available?

2) I understand that I can alternatively go to Ningde instead of Fu'an. What modes of transport are available from Ningde to Fu'an? How long are the durations and estimated cost for each of this transport (on 9th Feb 2013)? I wish to reach Fu'an by 6pm. Likely to travel alone.

3) Would flying from Singapore to Fuzhou (instead of to Xiamen) directly be a more convenient way to reach Fu'an? Appreciate your kind assistance on this as I have never been to such places.
