I'm here in Seattle WA do you reside over this state for getting a visa.  I also see no mail in application how about online  I can be reached at 206-601-1930 Looking to travel mid March Where can I apply in Seattle Washington

Hi, you need to submit your application to Consulate General of PRC in San Francisco. Mailed applications are not accepted. But you can entrust someone else to handle this on your behalf if you can not go in person.
