May I know where is the best place for wholesale market in taiwan?

Which kind of wholesale market are you looking for? And Taiwan covers many cities and areas, which city do you mean?
Anyway, Taipei Wu Fen Pu Market at North Zhongpo Road and Yongji Road of Xinyi District is a good choice.
