Transit visa for Hong Kong in the airport

I am from Afghanistan I have a visa to Vietnam . We are having 2 hours stay at Hong Kong airport. I want to visit Hong Kong for almost three days. I want to delay my visit to Vietnam for three days. Now will the air line accept it . No matter I will pay them a little and travel by the airline three days later. Will the hong kong Gov give me the visa in the air port?
