About:Chinese Embassy in Norway

do I need to apply visa to go for 3 weeks?

I'm filippina, but stay here, If I need one, which documents the embassy need?

Yes, you need to apply in advance, documents required are your passport, and a copy of valid Residence Permit/Visa issued by UDI or Police Station, and Employment certificate issued by a Norwegian company are required if you work there.
