Restaurant menu/ Are there Filipinos living in Guangzhou?

Good day! I'm planning to go there on May. Would like to ask if restaurant menus are written or translated to English?
Are there Filipinos living there?

Thanks!

I once went to Qi Fu Xuan Seafood Restaurant where they provide both English and Chinese menus.
Canton is international cities, and most of the local western restaurants have Enligh memus and the big and famous tradtional restaurants also have English version memus.
Of couse, there are Filipinos live there.

Thanks Shelly. I appreciate it.

I have another query for all...

My visit is mainly to see the beauty of China and on the side to study the place and probably seek suppliers and establish contact as I am looking at importing goods to the Philippines. I am interested in consumable items for the Electronics/ ESD like gloves, finger cots, face masks, etc...
For cost competiveness I would prefer OEMs. I have no idea how to go about it.
Please recommend place to visit, or any advise would be great!
Cheers!
