From Hung Hom, you can take East Rail Line to reach East Tsim Sha Tsui and then you can reach Tsim Sha Tsui.
After that you can take Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central. Get out of the station and then go to the Exchange Square to take bus 6, 6A, 6X or 260 to reach Stanley Market.0
