About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

our flight has couple of hours stop in China on route to Hong Kong do we need visas?

We are planning to honeymoon in Hong Kong our flight has couple of hours stop in China do we need visas for this? According to this website as of 1st January 2013 we don't if less than 24 hours is that correct?

Hi, you are not required visa for this transit. You are allowed a free stay of 72 hours in Beijing if you have confirmed ticket to Hong Kong from UK.
