About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

hi, my friend is nepalese and already hold China Visa, do i still need hongkong transit visa?

his flight is Cathay and transit in Hongkong for 4 hour, does he need one for Hong Kong?

Yes, HK visa is required even if he is in transit and remain on the airside.
