Are the Ice & Snow Art Hall and the Ice & Snow Culture Exhibition Hall the same place?  Is it or are they part of the International Snow Sculpture Art Exposition?

Hi, the Culture Exhibition Hall and the Art Hall are different. As I know, there is a special area to display the works of the International Snow Sculpture Art Exposition, which is separate from other two halls you mentioned.
