hi, I have a Philippine passport, can i extend to more than 30 days tourist L?

hi, I have a Philippine passport, can i extend to more than 30 days tourist visa? I had a residence permit before but cancelled it when i left job, now I have a double entry tourist visa of 30 days each to China, which I applied for and got in Manila. My concern is , inbetween the first and second visits, there is a 34 day (instead of the 30 days limit) inbetween. I am wondering if I can apply for extension of 4 days as I have already purchased airline tickets since last year, and is this easily given? How much will it cost? Thank you very much.

Do you mean you will stay outside of China for 34 days between your first and the second entry? if yes, then it is not a problem. 30 days issued to your L visa as duration means you can stay in China for 30 days each entry. So, please check your visa carefully, the validity of that means you can enter twice anytime before that "ENTER BEFORE" Date.

Hi Sam, thanks for your reply. What I meant to ask was since a tourist visa only allows for 30 days stay in China, in this case, I would like to stay 4 more days for a total of 34 days ...is it possible to extend this? How long will the process be and how much? and is it more advisable to do the extension while in Shanghai or in Manila? Thank you

Yes, you can extend it at local PSB with explaination why you need to stay 4 days more and financial support. I have no idea about the fee, but the processing takes 4 or 5 working days. So you need to visit the office at least one week before it expires.
