My friend took a cab for 20 RMB from Rock Bund Hostel in Xianggang Road to this place but she can't remember the street name. It is probably some sreet not too far from Huangpu District. Thks!

I know a street where you can find different seafood restaurants in Yangpu District and the street is called Tongbei Road. It is 4 to 5 kilometers away from your hotel and the taxi fare is around 20RMB, but I do not know whether it is the street you want to find or not.

Yes, most of the restaurants on this road are like what you described as far as I know. Most of the seafood restaurants gather on the section from the junction of Tongbei Road and Pingliang Road to the junction of Tongbei Road to Yangzhou Road.
