There is an consultant in montreal but can we apply chinese VISA in montreal? thankss

Chinese consulate in Montreal only accepts applications from Quebec, New Brunswick. If you reside or work in any of these two places, you can apply there. Otherwise, you should submit application to the CVASC in your place.
