Internal flights

After I have entered China can I fly internally? I want to fly from Changsha to Kunming to save time. Also I am getting a double entry visa to go to Hong Kong from Guangzhou by train then back. I am UK citizen so i don't need a visa to enter HK by train do I?

Yes, you are right, you can fly internally with your passport and valid Chinese visa. If you have a double entry, you can take train to HK and back again.
