Well, it can be a relatively nice choice to travel there during June. It will be during the high season there. The average temp would be around 18C. Sometimes, rain would happen. Therefore, I suggest you take along long-sleeved shirt and an overcoat. Umbrella or rainy gear is also necessary then. From Shanghai to the valley, the best way should be to take a direct flight to Chengdu first. At Chengdu Airport, you can take shuttle bus no. 303 to Minshan Hotel, which is close to the local Xinnanmen Bus Station. At this bus station, you can take a long-distance bus to JZG in 8-9h.
